Ignore Parent Rotation

Keep a layer upright while its parent rotates — the rotation twin of Ignore Parent Scale.

Parent your layer to another layer, then apply this to the child's Rotation. The child stays upright no matter how the parent (or the parent's parent) spins. Your own Rotation keyframes on the child still work — only the inherited rotation is cancelled.
