Create three shape layers for your clock hands, plus a control layer with a Slider Control effect.
1. Create a null or shape layer named "Control"
2. Add Effect > Expression Controls > Slider Control
3. Create shape layers for hour, minute, and second hands (anchor at rotation point)
4. Apply each expression to its respective hand's Rotation property
5. Animate the slider from 0 to 720 (12 hours in minutes) or keyframe specific times
